CJAM Group has spearheaded an exciting new marketing campaign for the home insurance sector.
Working on behalf of Hood Group, CJAM Group set about developing a full range of communications materials for policy holders insured with the Select & Protect brand.
Hood Group has been providing insurance for over 30 years to some of the most respected high street brands, insurance partners and financial intermediaries. Today, it is a leader in its field and one of the largest employers in South East Essex with over 200 staff.
Select & Protect offers bespoke, high quality buildings and contents cover for customers who want a personalised and tailored approach. Our challenge: To overhaul all existing communications materials that were limited and copy-heavy, introduce new assets and product icons to simplify and demystify the insurance product and develop a fresh, clean and modern look and feel for all customer communications.
We created a complete range of communications materials to support customer retention, instil brand values and raise awareness of the benefits of Select & Protect, ensuring that all correspondence such policy information, schedules and emailers are clear, concise and user-friendly.
We emphasised the modular approach (‘building blocks’) of the insurance product which creates a unique, tailored insurance policy and used engaging concise copy, colour and graphic design to guide users through a multitude of messages and valuable information.
Hood Group paid tribute to “all of our work” on the Select & Protect campaign, which worked across marketing, art directing, creative and copywriting teams. The communications materials created include policy documents, terms and conditions, welcome letter, reminder and renewal letters through to weather alerts, emailers and customer newsletters, segmenting key messages to communicate throughout the year of the policy at appropriate touch points.
