Award-winning marketing agency CJAM has been shortlisted for an Essex Business Excellence Awards ‘Excellence in Marketing’ award for the second year running. The company won the award in 2013 as well as scooping the 2013 Colchester Business Awards ‘Excellence in marketing award’. Managing Director Christine Joyce was also shortlisted for the ‘Business Woman of the Year’ awards at the 2013 Essex Business Awards. The winners of this year’s Essex Business Excellence Awards will be announced at a glittering awards ceremony in September.
“It’s a real honour to have made the Essex Business Excellence Awards shortlist again and I’m delighted that my team has been recognised among the most talented marketers in the county,” says Joyce. “I’d like to thank them all for their enthusiasm, creativity and hard work. We consistently strive to deliver excellence in marketing to our clients and we look forward to joining the celebration of Essex’ top businesses at this year’s awards ceremony.”
In particular, CJAM’s short-listing for this award recognises the company’s work in creating bold, creative and high impact marketing campaigns for leading tyre safety organisation TyreSafe. CJAM has consistently helped TyreSafe to achieve thought leadership in the important area of tyre safety. The team’s recent work has included reaching out to young drivers with a dynamic online campaign starring BBC ‘Outnumbered’ actor, Tyger Drew-Honey, a hard-hitting part-worn tyres media campaign and a record-breaking Tyre Safety Month campaign.
CJAM has now been running the high profile Tyre Safety Month campaign for more than seven years. In this time, it has more than doubled the association’s membership. TyreSafe’s industry briefings now attract hundreds of stakeholders, from automotive industry leaders to emergency service representatives. The latest Tyre Safety Month campaign reached more motorists than ever before and reinforced the benefits of running multi-platform campaigns spanning traditional and digital PR and marketing tactics.
“There’s always a new challenge when working with ambitious and growing organisations like TyreSafe,” says Joyce. “That’s what we enjoy the most – the excitement and buzz of creating and managing campaigns that deliver concrete results and exceed our clients’ expectations.”
CJAM will be attending the 2014 Essex Business Excellence Awards ceremony on 26th September 2014 at Boreham House in Chelmsford. Meanwhile, a 12-page feature covering all the finalists, including CJAM, will appear in the Essex Chronicle and Brentwood Gazette newspapers next week.
