The CJAM team is gearing up for the messiest race of them all: the Colour 5k. This unique race will see us getting sprayed with colour powder every kilometre until we’re all the colours of the rainbow! We’re doing this in support of our client, Headway Essex, a brilliant charity that cares for people who’ve acquired a brain injury through accidents, assault, illness or disease.
“We’re thrilled to be running the Colour 5k to raise funds for Headway Essex,” says Christine Joyce, Managing Director, CJAM. “The Headway team does a great job in providing vital rehabilitation and community support services to patients and their families. We’re proud to be their e-news partner and friend.”
Participants in the Colour 5k start the race by wearing a white T-shirt. As they run, walk or stroll five kilometre course, they’re sprayed with harmless colour powder by ‘colour bandits’. At the finish line, there’s a big colour extravaganza, where people get to shower their friends, family and fellow runners in colour!
CJAM supports Headway Essex in its communications to supporters by compiling a monthly e-newsletter packed full of the latest news and views from the charity.
