Growing Colchester-based marketing agency CJAM Group is moving to new, larger premises in White Colne, following a successful first three years in business. The company, which was recognised as a finalist at the 2012 Colchester Business Awards and is listed on the Recommended Agencies Register, has grown by 120% since its inception in 2009, winning new clients and running major projects from its existing client base. CJAM’s move to ‘Media House’ marks the beginning of the company’s next phase of expansion, as Managing Director Christine Joyce looks ahead to a busy and prosperous year in 2013.
“Our first three years in business have brought many exciting new challenges, and I’m delighted to have beaten our original expansion targets despite the tough economic climate,” comments Joyce. “The success we’ve experienced is the result of determination, creativity and the team’s outstanding performance and hard work. With more new projects in the pipeline, I’m thrilled to be moving to new premises and look forward to establishing a lively, bustling office.”
Having initially run CJAM Group single-handedly, Joyce now employs five permanent staff and regularly works with experienced freelance marketers. CJAM helps organisations in Essex and across the UK to grow by delivering high impact marketing communications, from bespoke projects to fully integrated campaigns. Known by its clients for excellent customer service, unfailing enthusiasm and high impact, creative solutions, the company manages client campaigns from concept through to delivery. Positive feedback from clients has just seen CJAM added to the prestigious Recommended Agencies Register of top UK marketing agencies.
With a strong specialism in both automotive and charity marketing, CJAM Group has built a firm reputation for itself in the design and execution of national marketing campaigns in support of major organisations such as TyreSafe, securing high profile media coverage (including the BBC’s One Show, Auto Express, the Sunday Times and the Daily Telegraph), engaging stakeholders and reaching core audiences with finely honed key messages.
A committed member of CharityComms, CJAM also helps local charities and hospices to engage both existing and new supporters and increase donations via strategic email marketing campaigns.
In addition to CJAM Group, Joyce also runs CJAM Association Management, which successfully manages nine membership organisations nationwide, including TyreSafe and the Federation of Small Businesses.
Prior to fulfilling her long-standing ambition to run her own company, Joyce worked in the construction and automotive industries for more than 25 years, holding a variety of senior posts, including a Commercial Manager position with a leading galvanising company. She was named as a ‘Business Woman of the Year’ finalist at the 2012 Colchester Business Awards, while CJAM Group was a finalist in the ‘New Company of the Year’ category.
“2013 is already shaping up to be a dynamic and promising year, and I look forward to building on our success to win new business and expand our team,” concludes Joyce.
