As a result of our growing client portfolio, CJAM Group is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Director to work full-time across all clients. Long on ideas and with proven expertise of producing thoughtful and successful campaigns, our new recruit will be heading up a busy, award-winning team.
Applicants will need to demonstrate knowledge of all marketing communications services and sound strategic thinking which translates into original and impactful creative work. The CJAM Group integrates paid, earned, owned and shared channels seamlessly to deliver the right message, through the right medium at the right moment. This entails working hand-in-hand with PR, online and social media colleagues, in addition to graphic designers and production teams.
Varied client base
This unique opportunity involves working with national and local commercial businesses, charities and associations in sectors as diverse as fertility, visitor attractions and tyre safety. On any given day the role might encompass negotiating media space, writing a pitch presentation, meeting with clients, drawing up a creative brief, attending an event and developing a marketing plan.
In addition to client business, the Marketing Director takes lead responsibility for promoting the CJAM brand, seeking new business opportunities, securing meetings and leading on pitches. Excellent written and presentation skills, client relationship building and planning acumen are all essential in this demanding but rewarding role.
